If you deleted the SMS containing the signed document and did not download it, you will no longer be able to access the document, as it can only be opened through the link that was sent to you.
What can you do?
If you deleted the message and no longer have the link:
- Contact the company that sent you the document.
- Ask them to send you a copy of the document.
Signify cannot provide a copy of the document. To receive the document, you must
contact the company that originally sent it to you.
