What should I do if I have not completed the signing yet?
If there is a mistake in the document and you have not finished signing it:
- Reject the document
- Provide the reason in the comment field
The sender will receive this notification and, if needed, will share a corrected document with you.
What should I do if the signing is already completed?
If you have already completed signing the document, you will not be able to make any changes.
In this case, you should contact the company that sent the document.
Signify does not have access to user documents and cannot retrieve or modify them. For assistance, you need to contact the company that originally sent you the document.
