This guide explains how to cancel your Signify subscription plan. After cancellation, the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Cancel a subscription plan
- Go to Settings
- Select General
- Click Cancel Account
- Confirm the action
What happens after cancelling the subscription plan
- After cancellation, the next invoice will not be generated
- The Signify service will remain active until the end of the current subscription period
- After the period expires, the account will move to passive mode
In passive mode you can:
- View existing documents
- Download your documents
Final account deletion
After some time in passive mode, the account will be permanently deleted from the system.
Before deletion, you will receive a notification by email so you can download any necessary documents in advance.
Warning:
Before cancelling your subscription plan, make sure all important documents are
saved.
After the account is permanently deleted, data recovery will not be possible.
