This instruction will help you easily import files from your computer, Google Drive or OneDrive to the Signify platform, allowing you to centralize all necessary documents in one space and manage your archive.
How to import a document?

Go to the Main Page. Click the dropdown and select Import

Choose your preferred file upload method:
Upload from Computer: Drag and drop the file into the designated area or select it from your device
Google Drive / OneDrive: Click the corresponding logo, complete the authorization, and select the document you wish to import
- Once the file appears, click Next so that you can save the document to the portal and assign Attributes (e.g., Contract Number, Expiry Date, Parties) for better organization. On the final step, click Save
Make sure to note:
- Supported formats for import include PDF, Word, and PNG
- Documents should be imported individually. If you upload multiple documents at once, the system will merge them into a single document
Imported documents will appear in the list with the status "Imported", which will help you identify them quickly
