This instruction shows you how to manage your personal settings in Signify. You will be able to update your profile information, change your signature, manage security, and control notifications.
How do I access personal settings?
- Go to Settings
- On the opened page, find My Settings.
This instruction covers only personal settings. Company settings are available only to administrators or users with appropriate access.
How do I update personal information?
- Go to the My Profile section.
- Update the desired information:
- Profile Picture
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- System Language
- Position
- Personal ID
- Recipient notification language
- Click Save.
You cannot change your email address. If you are the workspace owner, contact success@signifyapp.com. Otherwise, ask your administrator for assistance.
How do I manage my signature?
- Go to the My Signature section.
- Upload a new signature visual or update the existing one.
- Click Save.
This visual will be automatically suggested when signing documents.
How do I manage password and security?
- Go to the Password & Security section.
- Choose the action you want:
- Change password
- Enable two-factor authentication
- If enabling two-factor authentication, choose a method:
- SMS code
- Authenticator app (TOTP)
- Complete the changes and confirm saving.
Please note that your company may require SMS-based authentication. In this case, you will not be able to disable it.
How do I manage notifications?
- Go to the Notifications section.
- Choose which type of notifications you want to manage:
- When you are a sender
- When you are a recipient
- Turn desired notifications on or off.
Changes in personal settings apply only to your account and do not affect company-wide
configuration.
