By following these instructions, you will be able to manage the slides displayed on the Signify Pad screen: upload new ones, edit existing ones, or delete them. This allows you to display relevant branding or information to customers while they are in "waiting mode" for a signature.
Steps for Managing Slides
Go to the Settings
Choose Pad Slides
To add a new set of visuals, click the + New Version button
- Configure Version Details: Define a Version Name (to easily distinguish it from others) and specify the Interval (seconds) for how frequently the images should rotate on the screen
In the Images section, click the + button to upload your new visuals and then click Save
Publish: After saving, click the three dots next to the specific version and select Publish. The slides will automatically launch on the Pad within one hour
Pro tip: To reflect changes immediately without waiting, go to the "Signify Signotec" application on the laptop, right-click to bring up the menu, and select "Sync Slides"
Additional Actions
Editing: If a version has not been published yet and is in "Draft" status, you can make changes (e.g., change the slide name or update images). Select the specific slide version and click the Edit button
Please note that once a version is published, it cannot be edited. If you need to make changes, simply create a copy of this version and edit the details in a new draft
Deleting: If you no longer need a version, use the Delete button. (This action cannot be undone)
Group Management
Use the Groups feature if you want different images to appear on Pads located in different branches or areas. This helps you manage advertising or information campaigns locally.
Click the + Add Group button
Assign Pads: Create a group for the Pads where you want specific images to appear. Name the group accordingly and enter the Serial Number of the specific Pad (found on the back of the device). You can include one or multiple Pads in a single group
Add the photos designated for this group and click Save
- To create additional groups, repeat the process by selecting + Add Group.
