This guide will help you transition from your Trial period to your preferred paid plan, manage your company’s billing, and download invoices from the Signify platform
How do I purchase a paid plan after the trial period?
If your 14-day trial is nearing its end or has already expired, follow these steps:
Go to the Settings
Select the Billing section. Here, you will see a notification regarding your trial status
Click the "Change" button next to your current plan
Review the available plans (e.g., Business, Business Pro, Enterprise) and select the one that fits your needs
Fill in the required field for your billing details for your invoices. Choose your billing cycle: Monthly or Annual (you will receive a discount with annual billing) and specify the number of users. After this click "Continue"
Double-check the accuracy of the details and proceed to the payment stage
Enter your card details, and click "Pay"
How do I manage billing and payments?
Go to the Settings
Select the Billing section. Here, you can view your current plan details, subscription expiry date and active limits
- If you wish to add or update a card, click "+ Add" and enter the details
- In the Invoices section, you can see the status of paid/current invoices and download any monthly invoice directly
- If you want invoices to be sent directly to your accountant, add their email address in the "Invoice Recipient" field. (This email does not need to be registered on Signify)
Changing or Upgrading Your Plan
If your current plan no longer meets your team's needs, follow these steps:
On the Billing page, click the "Change" button
