How can I correct recipient information?
If you are the initiator of the document, you can edit the recipient details, but only if they have not yet completed their action on the document.
You can change:
- Recipient name
- Email or phone number
- Authentication method
- Signing order
- Remove a recipient
You can only edit the details of recipients who have not yet completed their action on the document.
What should I do if the mistake is in the document content?
If the error is in the document content (text or data inside the document), it cannot be edited directly.
In this case you can:
- Recall the document, if the process has not been completed yet
- Correct the document
- Send the document again
Completed documents cannot be recalled.
What should I do if the document is already completed?
If the document has already been completed, it can no longer be edited.
In this case you can:
- Create a new document with the correct information
- Delete the old document if necessary
If the recipient has already downloaded the document or still has access to the link, deleting the document will not change anything on their side.
