How do I verify my email on Signify?
With this guide, you will verify your email address, activate your account, and complete the registration process.
1. Email verification
After completing the first step of registration, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. This step is required to activate your account.
Do the following:
- Open the email you received
- Copy the verification code
- Enter the code in the verification field
Once the code is entered correctly, your account will be activated and you will automatically be logged into the system.
2. Complete your profile settings
After activating your account, the system will ask you to complete your profile in two steps.
- Personal information
- Company information
What to do if you did not receive the verification code
If the verification code did not arrive in your email, try the following:
- Check the Spam/Junk folder - sometimes emails are filtered there.
- Wait 1-2 minutes - email servers may need a short time to deliver the message.
- Check your email address - make sure it was entered correctly during registration.
- Use Resend Code - click the resend option to receive a new code.
- Contact support - send us a message through the chat in the bottom corner of the screen.
