Video identification allows you to verify your identity remotely by scanning your ID card or passport and taking a video selfie. Once completed, the document will be signed.
Before starting the identification process, ensure you are in a well-lit area and your device's camera is functioning properly.
Steps for Identification
- Click on the Signature field within the document.
- Choose the type of document you wish to use for identification
- Allow your browser to access the camera if prompted by the system.
- Position your chosen document within the frame shown on the screen. If using an ID card, scan the front side first, then the back side.
- Position your face within the oval for the video selfie and wait a few seconds for the process to complete.
Upon successful completion of the identification process, the document will be automatically marked as signed.
Sometimes, the system may read your name inaccurately from your passport, and you might complete the signing process with that name. Please note that once a document is signed, this action cannot be undone or modified. If this happens, you must contact the company that sent you the document and request to resend a new copy for you to sign correctly.
