How to Navigate the Dashboard and Workspace
Learn how to navigate the Signify platform and manage your workspaces effectively.
On the left-hand side of the main dashboard, you will find the primary navigation menu:

Team Management: In the upper left corner, next to the Signify logo, you will see the name of the team you are currently working in. Use the dropdown arrow to switch between different team workspaces.
Each team operates as an independent workspace.

Inbox: This section aggregates all documents that require your action, such as signing or approval.
You will only see documents in your Inbox that were sent specifically to the email address used for your current authorization. - Documents: From this page, you can manage, view, and organize all documents existing within your team’s workspace.
- Templates: Create and manage frequently used documents and automated processes to save time.
- Forms: Create fillable forms and share them with others via links or QR codes.
- Contacts: Create and manage a list of frequent recipients to streamline your document sending process.
Help & Settings
6. Help: Click the Help button to access step-by-step instructions, watch tutorial videos, or contact our support team directly via live chat. In our chat, our AI Agent will respond to you initially. If you do not receive the answer you need, please type the phrase Talk to Human and leave your email address so we can get back to you.
7. Settings: Navigate to the Settings page to manage your account preferences.
8. To log out, click on your initials and select "Sign Out."
Monitoring Document Status
In the center of the dashboard, you can track the real-time status of your documents:
- In Progress: Documents that have been sent and are awaiting action.
- Completed: Documents that have been successfully signed.
- Rejected: Documents that have expired or were rejected by the recipient.
- Imported: Documents uploaded to Signify for storage purposes.
You can filter document statistics by time period: This Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, or Any Time.
On the right-hand side of the dashboard, you will find latest news and platform updates, personalized offers and frequently used templates, allowing you to start a document sending process with a single click.
