If you have many documents to sign and doing them one by one is too time-consuming, use the Bulk Sign feature to significantly speed up the process.
To use Bulk Sign, you must be a registered user in the system.
Steps for Bulk Signing
- Go to your Inbox.
- Select the desired documents by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click the "Bulk Sign" button.
- Review the document list in the pop-up window. If you want to view the content of a specific document, click the view button. If you want to remove a document from the selection, click the X button.
- Click Bulk Sign.
You will be unable to use the bulk sign feature if:
- The documents require different types of authentication (e.g., some require an Advanced Electronic Signature, while others require an SMS code).
- There are other fields for you to fill out in the document besides the signature field.
- A Qualified Electronic Signature is required.
- You are assigned the role of a Witness, Forwarder, or Approver in the document.
