Information Regarding Legal Notice
Signify’s electronic signature operates within major legal frameworks, such as the EU's eIDAS Regulation and the US ESIGN Act / UETA. Therefore, it is legally binding. The platform logs every step of the signing process to ensure complete transparency.
However, we cannot confirm whether a specific document holds legal validity in your particular situation - this depends entirely on the document type, jurisdiction, and the chosen signature type. Certain types of documents may require additional or alternative legal formalities. To assess this properly, we recommend consulting a legal advisor.
These Help Center articles describe only the processes specific to the platform itself and do not define the legal consequences of the actions you perform through the platform, including the signing of any document.
